### Troubleshooting & Support for Auctions

- **Forgot Password?** Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
- **Shipping Inquiries:** Shipping details are provided upon bid success, but you can view general terms in your account dashboard. You can see information on your won bids under the "Orders" section of your account.
- **Technical Issues:** Contact our support team at bids@compucycle.com if you experience any issues while placing a bid.
