Where do you ship auction materials?

We ship domestically and internationally for auction items.

If I win an auction, will you arrange packaging of the product?

Yes, the product is prepacked before the auction. Weights and dimensions are posted with the auction items. You can arrange to pick up your order as soon as we receive payment.

Can I blind ship an order if I win a lot?

Yes, provided you advise CompuCycle in a timely fashion that the order is to be blind shipped, in which case all reference to CompuCycle and CompuCycle labels will be removed.

I am an exporter and will ship internationally. Can I personally pick up my order or can I send a representative to pick for me?

CompuCycle exports products upon payment and receipt of a BOL or labels with an international address. If you pick up in person, you will have to pay sales tax unless you have a sale tax exemption certificate. Sales Tax will be refunded to you if you provide proof of export within 30 days. You must also provide identification upon pickup.
