Scheduling a Pickup
You can schedule a collection directly through our Online Portal for the fastest service. Alternatively, you can email customercare@compucycle.com with your site address, onsite contact information, and an inventory list or photos of the equipment.
What information is required to process a pickup request?
To ensure a smooth pickup, please provide:
- Physical address and dock availability.
- Onsite contact name and phone number.
- Estimated quantity (e.g., number of pallets, loose items, or specific unit counts).
- A completed Site Questionnaire and Inventory Form (available upon request).
