# Scheduling a Pickup

You can schedule a collection by emailing [customercare@compucycle.com](mailto:customercare@compucycle.com) with your site address, onsite contact information, and an inventory list or photos of the equipment.

Please note that we **do not offer pickups from residential addresses**.

**What information is required to process a pickup request?**

To ensure a smooth pickup, please provide:

- Physical address and dock availability.
- Onsite contact name and phone number.
- Estimated quantity (e.g., number of pallets, loose items, or specific unit counts).
