Scheduling a Pickup

You can schedule a collection directly through our Online Portal for the fastest service. Alternatively, you can email customercare@compucycle.com with your site address, onsite contact information, and an inventory list or photos of the equipment.

Please note that we do not offer pickups from residential addresses.

What information is required to process a pickup request?

To ensure a smooth pickup, please provide:

  • Physical address and dock availability.
  • Onsite contact name and phone number.
  • Estimated quantity (e.g., number of pallets, loose items, or specific unit counts).
  • A completed Site Questionnaire and Inventory Form (available upon request).
