Pickups Without Loading Docks

Can you perform a pickup if we don't have a loading dock?

Yes, but this must be noted during the request. We will dispatch a truck with a lift-gate and a pallet jack. Please ensure there is a level, paved surface for the lift-gate to operate safely. Please provide any specific loading dock instructions prior to scheduling a collection to customercare@compucycle.com.
