What can I do in the CompuCycle Online Portal?

Our self-service portal is designed to give you full control over your recycling program:

  • Request Collections: Submit new pickup requests instantly.
  • Historical Data: Access and download all past certificates of destruction and recycling reports for corporate clients. The reports available in the portal include COD reports, COS reports, basic audit reports, hard drive audit reports, and COR reports. Detailed reporting is not available in the portal for residential customers.
  • Asset Tracking: Search for specific assets by serial number.
User Management: Manage permissions and add team members to your account.
