# Online Portal Access

## Manage collections, track assets, and access reports in one place.

**What are the benefits of using the online portal?** 

CompuCycle’s Client Portal gives customers the option to manage service requests and access important account information online.

- **Schedule Collections:** Submit collection requests directly through the portal for faster service.
- **Track Your Assets:** View the status of your equipment throughout the processing cycle.
- **Access Reports:** Review available asset reports, documentation, and service records.
- **Manage Your Account:** Access account information and service activity in one centralized location.
- **Support Resources:** Access helpful guides and information related to the IT asset disposition process.

**How do I access the online portal?**

Customers can access the portal through the **Razor Client Portal**:

**How do I sign up for portal access?**

If you do not already have access to the online portal, please contact **customercare@compucycle.com**. Our Customer Care team can assist with setting up your portal access.

**Is the online portal required?**

No. Customers are **not required to use the online portal**. It is simply an additional option for customers who prefer to manage their account and service requests online.

Customers who prefer not to use the portal can email **customercare@compucycle.com** with their site address, onsite contact information, and an inventory list or photos of the equipment to request a collection.
