# Dropping Off Equipment

**Can I drop off equipment at your facility?**

Yes, CompuCycle accepts both residential and corporate drop-offs. Please review our [accepted](https://support.compucycle.com/accepted-items?hsLang=en) and [prohibited](https://support.compucycle.com/prohibited-items?hsLang=en) items lists before moving forward with next steps.

**Would someone be available to help unload items from my car?**

Yes, we have staff available at Dock 2 who can assist with unloading your vehicle.

### Residential Drop-Off

Residential drop-off is available 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM. 

### Corporate Drop-Off

For corporate drop-offs, please contact us in advance to receive an **Inbound Order Number (IN-XXXXX)**. This ensures your items are tracked and processed immediately upon arrival at our Houston facility.
