Getting Started with Bidding

To get started on our auction site, we highly recommend you review our Auction Help guide. The guide includes detailed information about signing up, placing bids, and using our auction account tools.

What days do you have live auctions? 

Our live auctions start on Sunday and close on Thursday afternoon (CST). Be sure to place your bids before the auction closes, as all bidding ends on Thursday afternoon. 

Does Compucycle have bulk product that it sells outside of the auction lots?

No, all Compucycle’s tested working products are sold in bulk through the auction on our website at www.compucycle.com/shop.

Can I email my offer to you?

No, an offer has to be made on the auction site.

Is the current highest bid always shown on the site during an auction?

Yes, the highest bid is always visible.

Are your bids take-all or can I bid per line item?

Currently, our auction lots are take-all offers only. If you have feedback for our team on separating lots, please contact us directly at bids@compucycle.com.
